Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund of Registration will be made only against the written request by email or post submitted before 15th October, 2018 to the conference secretariat.
- • From 16th October, 2018 onwards, no refund request will be entertained by the secretariat.
- • Cancellation request received on or before June 30, 2018: 25% of registration and accommodation fee will be deducted
- • Cancellation request received on or before October 15, 2018: 50% of registration and accommodation fee will be deducted
- • Cancellation request after October 16, 2018: No refund
Money to be refunded one month after conference completion

**PG / Resident / Nurse / Technician must submit certificate from HOD/Institute.
Registration Package Includes: Conference Fee + Conference Kit + Lunches on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, i.e., November 22nd, 23rd, 24th & 25th, 2018 + Inaugural Dinner on Thursday, i.e., November 22nd, 2018 + Banquet Dinner on Saturday, i.e., November 24, 2018 + Visit to Trade Exhibition (Fee is inclusive of Taxes)
